My mission is to create a container of safety - a place you can show up just as you are, be whole-heartedly be welcomed and accepted, and pass along to you the practices that have transformed my life and that of so many others.

  • Weekly in-person small group (15 or less people) classes based on my Release, Relax, Redirect Method©️ for anxiety, designed to help you access a feeling of peace and rewire your brain so you can feel scared or shutdown less often!
  • Special attention to detail - scent and sound designed to trigger your relaxation response, using similar sequences so you know what to expect, guiding you to tune into your body and decide what's right for you rather than encouraging you to "follow the crowd".
  • Monthly Yoga Nidra meditation - a guided meditation experience that can help you enter a deep state of relaxation and help direct your brain toward forward movement on your goals
  • Full access to my on-demand Trauma-Informed Yoga video website (50+ videos) so you can practice at home if you wish

Meet Henry 

This is Henry, AKA my sweet angel baby!  I had the great honor of bringing Henry home from rescue a year ago.  He is a 12-year-old Goldendoodle and the sweetest, quietest, most gentle boy you'll ever meet.  Henry will be at most classes.  He lovingly and gratefully accepts hugs and pets from anyone who wishes to extend them!

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

Mental health therapist, Certified EMDR Clinician, Somatic Parts Work therapist, Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist, animal lover, adventure seeker,  trauma survivor.

I struggled with anxiety my entire life before discovering the healing power of yoga and Inner Child reparenting.  I've spent 25 years researching and incorporating the somatic and psychoeducational practices into the treatment for individual therapy clients, and in my own life. Instead of being frozen in fear, now I do things like hop on a plane to Thailand to hug a baby elephant!

I want to share with you what I've learned.  Join me in this reclamation of your body, mind and spirit!
