A LITTLE ABOUT ME:

Mental health therapist, Certified EMDR Clinician, Somatic Parts Work therapist, Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist, animal lover, adventure seeker,  trauma survivor.

I struggled with anxiety my entire life before discovering the healing power of yoga and Inner Child reparenting.  I've spent over 20 years researching and incorporating the somatic and psychoeducational practices in this self-study into the treatment for individual therapy clients, and in my own life. Instead of being frozen in fear, now I do things like hop on a plane to Thailand to hug a baby elephant!
