Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance to any Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC event without exception. For The Sacred Art of Self-Preservation Retreat, you may sell your registration to someone else. A $50 administration fee to change the participation/CEU certificate will apply.
Liability Waiver
When registering and attending any event presented by Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC, you automatically agree to the following liability waiver:
I agree to the following:
- I am participating in services offered by Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC. I will receive instruction & information about the practice of yoga & other wellness related topics. I recognize that these activities can require physical exertion and could result in physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks involved.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician regarding any personal concerns I might have about my ability to participate fully in the services offered by Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC. I represent & warrant that I am physically fit to the best of my ability and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the services offered by Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC.
- I understand that should I choose not to consult with a physician concerning any personal concerns about my ability to participate fully in the services offered by Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC or choose not to seek medical advice regarding any condition I might have that would prevent my full participation in these classes, I further agree to hold Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC harmless in any event or claim.
- I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the aforementioned services.
- I am aware that Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC, is here to serve me by sharing the knowledge of yoga, somatics, and other forms of movement. I understand that these practices involve physical movement and exercise which may be strenuous, and that any such practice carries some risk of injury. I also understand that I must judge my own capabilities with respect to moving with Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC. I agree to take full responsibility for not exceeding my limits in the practice of movement. I agree to take full responsibility for any injury that I might suffer in the practice of movement, or as a result of such practice. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ascertain that there is no medical reason to prevent my participation in classes with Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC. I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC when I begin a class or private session of any injury or any other condition that might affect my ability to participate, and to inform Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC immediately if any injury occurs during class. I understand that from time to time Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC may physically adjust a student’s form when attempting yoga postures. If I do not want such physical adjustments, I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC ahead of time or when an adjustment has gone as far as I desire at that time.
- Further, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I many have against Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC for any injuries, risks, or damages I might incur as a result of my participation in these services.
I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE RISKS INVOLVED IN MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES/PROGRAMS/CLASSES BY Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC AND ASSUME FULL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PHYSICAL OR MENTAL PROBLEMS THAT MIGHT RESULT FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMS/SERVICES. I ALSO HEREBY RELEASE Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS, PRINCIPALS, AND THE LIABILITY INSURANCE CARRIER FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ITS CONTENTS. I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED ABOVE. I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY CLAIM THAT I MIGHT HAVE AT ANY TIME FOR INJURY OF ANY SORT AGAINST DIVINE LEGACY COLLECTIVE, PLLC OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY IN ANY WAY INVOLVED THEREWITH, WITHOUT LIMITATIONS.
Media Release
At Divine Legacy Collective events, there may be photographers and/or videographers present for use in future marketing. I understand that by registering for this event, I grant permission for my picture/video to be used in print and digital forms in the company's website, newsletters, emails, social media posts, brochures, and advertisements. In giving this consent, I release Divine Legacy Collective, PLLC from liability from any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with any sale, reproduction, or use of the photographs or videos.
